We're so proud to be one of the fastest growing salons in North America. This is a testament to our very important guests, our dedicated and talented team, and the popularity of Aveda. Due to our fantastic success and growth, we have expanded into a second location...here at Santana Row!
Atelier Studio is now open, just a half block away on Olsen Dr. (We nicknamed it "Atelier Across the Way"!)
This second location will give our guests more options in scheduling, and give our team additional opportunities for growth and availability. We are utilizing state-of-the-art salon equipment, like ceiling-suspended Freestylist blowdryers, which are weightless and ergonomic, Italian styling chairs for modern comfort, an open Haircolor bar--the salon version of the "open kitchen", and a flat screen monitor to show the latest off the fashion and hair show runways, as well as how-to videos to help our guests "take home the talent". And of course, we have brought over the dedicated and passionate customer service and top-notch inspiration and talent you are already familiar with from our flagship Atelier lifestyle salon spa, located beneath the Heritage Oak on Santana Row.

Atelier's artistic team provided hair styling for the EDUN One event at Nordstrom in San Francisco. EDUN is best known for its designers, Ali Hewson, wife to U2 front man Bono, and Rogan, New York's hot denim designer. Aveda provides the exclusive hair and makeup services for all of EDUN's shows, and events, and it was an honor that Atelier's talent was chosen.

Makeup: Veronica Ramirez
Karie and Veronica were additionally requested to provide hair and makeup services for Ms. Hewson prior to the event. EDUN is a socially conscious clothing company created to bring the issue of sustainable employment to the world of fashion.

-Free WiFi is installed in the salon
-For the second year in a row, Atelier received a 100% rating from Santana Row's Secret Shopper Evaluation. This rating was based on customer service, store cleanliness, merchandise displays, and employee knowledge of the product. We're so proud of our team!

Atelier was requested as the lead hair and makeup team at Catwalk on the Wild Side, an eco-couture fashion show held at the San Francisco Design Center. Eco-designers from Japan, Italy, and Paris displayed clothing made of recycled or organic fabrics and materials. Atelier rocked the runway with gorgeous hair and flawless makeup, all Aveda, of course!

Also in April: Atelier's Artistic Team was in fine form as they supplied Santana Row's Spring Style Show with fabulous hairstyling and makeup from Aveda's Spring/Summer collection. To add a bit of excitement, Atelier's team brought the "Backstage, Onstage", as some of the models were prepped onstage in front of the audience, using tool belts and artist' palettes to hold the equipment normally used backstage.
