Salon Team

Atelier offers five Salon Artist service levels to choose from. Whatever your individual needs are, we can provide you with the experience level you’re looking for. Promotion through these levels is based on multiple criteria, including education requirements, customer satisfaction rates, salon experience, and proficiency in advanced techniques.

• Master
  This level is best for clients who want the highest level of experience.
  Haircuts $95 – $125
• Senior
  These artists possess an extremely high level of education and have extensive industry experience. Many of our Atelier in-salon trainers are in this level.
  Haircuts start at $75
• Advanced
  This level offers a strong set of higher level skills and a solid background of education, with a roadmap of advancement through continuing training.
  Haircuts start at $60
• Artist
  Atelier’s new generation artists who have completed Atelier’s Advanced Training.
  Haircuts start at $50

Prote’ge’ / Advanced Prote’ge’
Atelier Advanced Training is an intensive 18-24 month in-salon program. The students are licensed cosmetologists and many of them have already worked in salons. They have made a commitment to take their skills to the next level, through our comprehensive, structured training program.
This level offers good haircuts at reduced rates during class time. Appointments are learning opportunities for the Prote’ge’, and can take 1-2 hours. $25  

Advanced Prote’ge’s have finished a year’s worth of training in either color or cutting, and are taking guests ‘on the floor’ one day a week.  Their haircut prices reflect this promotion.  $40

• The Atelier Prote’ge’ Academy program is in high demand, and acceptance can be gained through an audition process.  Atelier’s online employment application can be found here.

Spa Team

An Atelier Esthetician is trained in Aveda’s holistic philosophy of Elemental Nature, which strives to find balance between the five elements found in nature and within each of us: Infinity, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. All facials are customized to suit the guest’s specific needs.
